Anime Evolution Print 03: Blending Hearts
The next up in my arsenal of prints for AE is a Kingdom Hearts flavored work. The Picture I decided to draw everyone's favorite destiny island residents ( well i like Tidus and Wakka too but they're no where to be seen in the second iteration ) When i saw this one in my head, i pictured Kairi at the bottom * looking as cute as i could draw her * instead of putting Sora first. I felt he'd look better at the top. I was going to go with a tint on each character ( like the art from the first game ) but in the end, i decided to keep it like this. Then as an added touch, i wanted the colors to kind of bleed off of the characters, and blend together. As always, i wanna know what you guys think : ) Many thanks to the lovely  for her sage like advice and assistance. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. The Rabbids are coming. Beware of them.
Now more about critic, I'd say Kairi's mouth is a bit too low and a bit boyish, while Sora's eyes and lips make him a bit... girly (actually, if I didn't know it IS Sora, I'd have thought it was a girl). Also, Sora's arm seems... quite oddly bent, he must probably break one or two bones in order to keep a pose like this.
