in conjunction with my fantastic Sis, , we've decided we're both going to promote an LBF contest. HOPE YOU ALL AREN'T TOO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CHOICE OF THE CONTEST

What Media Is Acceptable?
- Only the characters from LBF can be in the pictures. Anything else will be seen as "WTF"

- Porn is okay if you're really into that. Just note that we will not be posting your work on our journals. ( lol we're serious with this one )
Also Important * please notify the character/person that you're drawing if you're choosing to do a risky picture XD, as far as i know, most are okay, but do it anyway *

- Furries.You can do these if you like, but just note that they aren't highly favored, and a few of the judges may just look right over them-- however, we have no idea how good you are at making them though, so who knows, you might be incredible and catch our interest. * so unless you know what you're doing, i'd advise against it ( i know it's harsh, but we make the rules XD ).

- Any other kind of art like cosplay, voice acting, stories, etc. are completely acceptable.

- Please, don't try to offend anybody with your pictures. Such as vulgar words meant to hurt the person who the character reflects in real life. I trust that all of you know where to draw the line

- For drawings, please try to make it colored. If not, at least show you've put some effort into it. Yes, unfortunately we can tell if there's no effort as sucky as that is ( Just dun make it look like you spent 5 mins on it during the last day of submission LOL )

ALTERNATIVE OUTFITS
the LBF character's have more than one outfit, and they can be used in the contest, buuuuuuut, you'll have to wait a little longer for them * you'll be notified when the second outfits ref are available *

THE DEADLINE
July 18th. JC and I feel that this will give people in school plenty of time, since summer vacation will be around this time. Also, it's after AX and we'll have half the prize ready by then. *The winners will be announced on July 28th*


will be done by myself and lani * we'll be looking for creative entries-- most creative = win. This means have fun with it if you're gonna enter, try to make us laugh if you want, or make us flustered with a hot picture if you will : P-- whatever you can come up with! you may do as many entries as you like, but we will only judge one * so pick your favorite * then when all entries have been accepted, they'll be displayed in both journals for everyone to see : )



~ i've decided to change it up a bit, and widen the scope of the winners circle XD
so thar shall be three places-
Grand prize *1st
2nd prize
and 3rd xD

3rd place will receive a LBF main group shot print and a LBF logo button

2nd place will receive a LBF main group shot print, a print of the character they drew for the contest XD, a LBF logo button, and a 6 month subscription

The Grand prize winner of the contest will receive LBF prints of each character ( personally sent out by myself-- the prints won't just be my set though * which you haven't seen yet ( save for the collab between me and Jubz) * but rather from all artists invlolved in the web comic's official artwork *

if you are willing to wait the couple years it takes to complete the LBF artbook between me and JC, when we print them, we will send you a free copy of the artbook with your winning entry inside! OHOHOHOORRR wouldn't that be grand?!

*I'll keep you up to date if lani is able to add some new prints to this prize pot also.* In addition the winner will also get one custom print* that means free request * and i'm updating the final prize to a full year's Subscription And finally, a print of how they'd look were they in the actual Manga * that means you as a LBF character designed by moi LOL -- with a shot at a possible guest spot * story cameo ftw! * ( it's not much, but then again neither am i yet XD )

Q: How many pictures can we do?
as many as you'd like ( i looooove fan art, and i might still have something planned :3 ) , but we'll only be judging one, so pick your favorite out of them all and send it to me

Q: what can we do? can i make my entry out of food?
A: yus, you may do anything, absolutely anything you can think of

Q: where do i send my entry?
A: me :'D

Q: can we draw more than one character?
A: you can draw the whole cast in one picture if you want * that's quite an undertaking though *
